Arboricultural Supervision for planning projects
Some planning conditions and method statements require arboricultural supervision. The aim is to make sure the sensitive parts of the approved method are implemented properly on site.
Visits can cover pre-start briefings, fencing checks, excavation near roots, service installation, specialist surfacing or other agreed hold points.
Send the approved documents and programme. We can identify the visits that are genuinely useful rather than creating arbitrary monitoring.
What you receive
The arboricultural supervision output is matched to the project, but the core deliverables normally include the items below. If the council has supplied its own wording, that request is reviewed first so the proposal is built around the live requirement.
- Pre-start briefing
- Protection inspections
- Attendance at sensitive works
- Photographic/site records
- Advice when unexpected roots are found
- Evidence for condition compliance where in scope
